Mission Morganton has been serving Burke County since 1998, through a variety of mission projects, including: ramp building, care packages for the homeless, city cleanup, yard work, and more.

Care Packages for the Homeless
This is a new project designed for children ages kindergarten-6th grade and their parents. The children will prepare small packages of supplies needed by homeless members of our community and also make a note with a Bible verse to include in the ziplock baggie. Once care package items are bagged, the children, accompanied by a parent, will deliver them.
Habitat Restore Project
This project is designed for young people grades 7-12. They will be testing Christmas lights, sorting jewelry, and helping to unload donations. Churches with youth participating should make sure those who do not drive have transportation to the store. Volunteers must wear closed toe shoes, as a safety measure. Since the store will be open while projects are completed, a maximum of 20 volunteers would be best.
